A $200 consultation fee is required to reserve your appointment with Dr. Bonakdar. This fee is applied toward any treatment performed on the same day.This ensures dedicated time for a thorough evaluation and a customized approach to your care.
We kindly require at least 48 hours’ notice for cancellations to receive a refund.Late cancellations and no-shows will result in forfeiture of the consultation fee.
